Kirra Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)
Our farm to your family, with love!
Kirra will start its CSA program in Summer 2027. Your family will be able to select from a number of "Fresh Food Family Boxes" that will be available for collection or delivery each week. The boxes will vary from week to week based on what is seasonally available from our garden, food forest and orchard at each of our Kirra locations. There are various sizes and boxes can be either fruit or veggies from our garden. Or you may select a mixed box with both. Your boxes will be tailored to suit the number of people in your family, and each box will come with recipe cards and ideas to take full advantage of the produce in your box that week. You may also select freshly baked bread and eggs in your box. Your family will be able to eat beautiful produce without breaking the budget. And because it's CSA the price is fixed for the year, so no wild price fluctuations making budgeting for other household expenses much easier. Remember the produce in your box each week is locally grown. So low miles and healthy fresh produce from "our farm to your family" with minimal packaging to reduce the environmental waste too. Naturally, there are limited subscriptions available.
When you join the program, you will be asked to select your basic box for each of the coming season which allows us to plan the growing year ahead. From there each week we will make a list of extras that you can add to your box and simply visit the website, select the extras and you're good to go.
Importantly, with virtually zero shipping miles, our box prices are based on our actual production costs not the market rate. So you can expect genuine weekly savings well in excess of what you might pay at the supermarket. And we also have a guarantee that you won't find fresher produce anywhere. For example, mixed leaf salads are prepared the day before collection each week.
